how it works
Pay and book directly for a canal cruise through Leiden. From a private boat with a guide to a cruise with a BBQ or drinks
You can pay online via
iDEAL, credit card, Wero, and Bancontact.
Booking
- Worry-free booking, that's what we aim for. You book the outing that feels best for you at that moment. But what if you change your mind? Then you can rebook free of charge at Rondvaart Leiden.
Down payment
- You always pay the full amount in advance. If you have a package including food or drinks, you can provide the exact number of people up to 5 days in advance.
Confirmation
- After booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details: date, time, location, and payment information. Check your spam folder if you don't receive anything.
Cancellation
- City canal cruise and boat rental: you can cancel or rebook free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day itself via the link in your confirmation email. Group packages: please contact us for the terms and conditions.
Rebooking
- You can easily rebook online yourself until 10:00 AM on the day of your appointment. Want to switch to another date? Simply choose a new date via your confirmation email.
