what if it rains?
We sail all year round and we love doing it. But sometimes the weather is just too bad. Here we explain how we handle that.
When do we not sail?
We sail all year round and we love doing it. Rain is usually not a problem: two of our boats can be covered, so you can continue to sail comfortably even in less favorable weather. We only stay off the water during thunderstorms or extremely heavy storms. Fortunately, that rarely happens, but safety always comes first.
Are you unsure about the weather yourself? Then you can cancel free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day itself. This way, you always have the flexibility to go at a better time. Have you booked a group outing or package and want to cancel? Please contact us for the terms and conditions.
Cancellation and alternatives
If we cancel
- Do we have to cancel? Then we will contact you as early as possible. The choice is yours: you get a full refund, or you can rebook to another date free of charge.
If you cancel
- City canal cruise and boat rental: free cancellation until 10:00 AM on the day itself via the link in your confirmation email. Have you booked a group outing or package and want to cancel? Please contact us for the terms and conditions.
Alternative in case of rain
- The Passie and De Verleiding can be fully covered and continue sailing, even in the rain.
